How this works, in plain English.

What you pay

A website is $1,000 to build, one time. The Growth Package is $2,000 to build and $400 a month to run. Upkeep is $100 a month. The AI receptionist is $400a month. You get the figure before any work starts, and it doesn't change without you agreeing to it first.

Money you spend on advertising is not part of our fee. It is paid to Google and Facebook directly, you set the amount, and you can change or stop it whenever you like.

What you own

The site, the domain, the phone number and the content are yours from the day they exist. If you stop working with us, they leave with you — we don't hold a login, a domain or a phone number hostage to keep you on a monthly.

Ending it

There is no minimum term and no notice period on any monthly plan. Tell us to stop and we'll stop at the end of the month you've paid for, then hand over whatever you need to take it elsewhere. One-time build fees cover work already done and aren't refundable once the build has started.

What we need from you

Your content — photos, service list, hours, pricing — and answers when we ask for them. Most builds go live within a couple of weeks of the first call, and how fast that content arrives is usually the only thing that decides it. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us.

What we don't promise

We build the site properly, run the ads carefully and ask for reviews automatically. We can't promise a particular ranking on Google, a particular number of calls, or a particular return on ad spend — nobody honestly can, and anyone who does is guessing. We'll show you what actually happened each month and change what isn't working.

Things outside our control

Some of what we set up depends on other companies — hosting, Google, Facebook, your phone carrier. If one of them changes its rules, its pricing or its service, we'll tell you and work out the best way round it, but we aren't responsible for their decisions.
